Does the NNFX Algo Tester use DLLs?

Yes, the NNFX Algo Tester requires the four DLL files: wininet.dll, shell32.dll, user32.dll and kernel32.dll.

These files are already included in the Windows operating system (and also the WINE software used to run MT4 on macOS and Linux), so there is no need for any additional installation.
