What does "On Tester" mean?
The On Tester is a parameter that can be customized and presented in an "On Tester" column in the final report. You can include up to 6 On Tester inputs from the list below. Simply select the parameters that are most important to you.
Note: If you want to use fewer than 6 On Testers, select the NONE option for the others.
The options for each On Tester are as follows:
- ANNUALIZED ROI (Annualized return on investment)
- ROI (Return on investment)

- PROFIT FACTOR
- EXPECTED PAYOFF
- WR SIMPLE (Only TP/SL) (Win Rate)
- WR ESTIMATED (Win Rate)
- WR ALL (Does not inc BE orders) (Win Rate)
- WR TOTAL (All orders) (Win Rate)
- TP1 HITS
- SL1 HITS
- TP2 HITS
- SL2 HITS
- TS HITS
- BE HITS
- EXITS (Nothings/Chalk ups/orders closed before reaching a target)
- GROSS PROFIT
- GROSS LOSS
- MAX DRAWDOWN (the maximum in money your balance went down during the backtest)
- RELATIVE DRAWDOWN (the maximum in % your balance went down during the backtest)
- ABSOLUTE DRAWDOWN (the difference between the initial deposit and the minimal point below the deposit level, in money)
- CONSECUTIVE WINS
- CONSECUTIVE PROFIT (in money)
- CONSECUTIVE LOSSES
- CONSECUTIVE LOSS (in money)
- NET PROFIT (pips)
In optimizations the On Tester result column shows the On Tester 1 value, and can also show tests with errors or warnings. If there are errors, and you have STOP ON ERROR set to "true", the On Tester Result will be the error number (between 900 and 999). If there are warnings, and you have STOP ON WARNING set to "true" the On Tester result will be the warning number (between 800 and 899).
