What is your refund policy?
If, after purchasing, you no longer wish to use the NNFX Algo Tester Software, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. This is a ‘no questions asked’ refund policy.
All you need to do is open a ticket in the License category titled: "Refund Request" and you will be refunded as soon as possible. Note that no refunds will be given after the 14-day trial period has expired.

To avoid disappointment, we strongly suggest that you download and test the software in Demo mode before purchasing. Since the Demo version is a fully functional version of the NNFX Algo Tester (the only difference being that Demo version is limited to 10 trades per test), you will be able to make sure that it works correctly on your own computer before buying.
